First Monday of the month.
Sweden has a warning system called "Important Public Announcement" (VMA). The warning system includes outdoor signal horns or sirens. This system is popularly known as "Hesa Fredrik" (Hoarse Fredrik).
The sirens are tested four times a year, on the first Monday that is not a public holiday in March, June, September and December. This coat hanger is inspired by the shape of "Hesa Fredrik" horns. I imagine "Hesa Fredrik" to be used as coat(uniform) hanger if their original function are not...needed...anymore. The base is made of of limestone typically found in the soil of the eastern Swedish islands of Gotland and Öland............
